1、Refined by hot laminating process.Both
upper and lower layers are high strength aluminum alloy
panel, the core is non-toxic HDPE, the binding layer is
the binder resin of Korean Fuguang Chemical Ltd.
2、The face is PVDF coating(>70% K-YNAR500),includingmetal
pingmented system and system without metal pigment. For
indoor use, the polyester coating suffices. |

| Building curtain wall, hall, door, pillar decoration,

Processing |
| Conventional metal tools and wood tools can be
used. It can be cut, sawed, routed, bended and bonded with adhesive
or double-face tape. After processed, it can still keep the beauty
and be easily cleaned. FAL fire-proof aluminum composite panel, a
new type of composite material, using fire-proof material as the core,
quality coated aluminum alloy panel as the cover plate, produced with
advanced technology, has excellent fire resistance, reaching GB8624
grade B1(the China national standard of fire resistance). It is also
a green building material, hard to burn, with little smoke, and no
toxic gases generated. |
